"Denise" is a signed, original oil painting, on canvas, by Northern Soul artist Neil Thompson.

The painting shows dancers on the floor at Wigan Casino, the principal character Denise wears a red circular skirt. Other soulies are looking on from the dance floor and from the balcony.
