The paintings show 4 individual Northern Soul dancers expressing themselves on the dance floor.

 

Sumi-e brush paintings use black ink in different concentrations in the Japanese style. The ink and brushes are similar to those used in calligraphy.

 

The paintings can be displayed as four individual paintings, or as a group.

 

Each painting measures 17 cm tall by 10 cm wide and has been completed on 250 gram  fine art paper.

 

As original paintings, these are of course, unique!!

 

The paintings will be sent by Royal Mail, securely packaged in a re-enforced envelope - included in the price.

 

Post and packing is free in the UK, with inexpensive air mail posting to addresses abroad.

 

Collectors demand authenticity, for guaranteed provenance the painting has Neil Thompson's "Dancing Girl" printed on the reverse and each print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, please see image 6 for an example.
