"Anticipation, Prep Pencil Sketch" - Original pencil sketch, mounted and framed.

"Anticipation, Prep Pencil Sketch" is a signed original pencil sketch by Northern Soul Artist Neil Thompson. The sketch has been completed on 250 gram textured fine art paper, and shows a couple approaching the crowd at the entrance to Wigan Casino. The couple and the crowd carry record cases and hold alls - just as it was back in the 70's!! 

The sketch has been mounted using a classic cream mount, backed and framed using a slim black New Yorker style frame.

The sketch can be hung on a wall (please see image 1) or displayed on any flat surface - the frame has an in built stand (please see image 2).

As the name suggests, this is a preparatory pencil sketch for a bigger painting. It is unique, there are no copies or prints of the sketch.

The sketch measures 22 cm tall by 14.5 cm wide. The overall measurement with the mount and frame is 30.5 cm tall by 22 cm wide.
