"Scooters at the Wheel III" is a signed original oil painting by Northern Soul artist Neil Thompson.
 
The painting shows three scooters outside one of the first Northern Soul Clubs, the Twisted Wheel in Manchester (some people believe that the Northern Soul scene started at the Wheel!)

The painting measures 28 cm tall by 21 cm wide and has been completed on 250 gram fine art paper.
 
Neil has been into the Northern Soul scene since the early 1970's, all his art is done from memory! He's been to most of the Northern Soul Clubs - he's lived through it all!!
