"Scooters at the Wheel Part !V" is a signed original water colour painting by Northern Soul artist Neil Thompson.
 
The painting shows three scooters outside one of the first Northern Soul Clubs, the Twisted Wheel in Manchester (some people believe that the Northern Soul scene started at the Wheel!)

The painting measures 23 cm tall by 20 cm wide and has been completed on 250 gram textured art paper.
 
Neil has been into the Northern Soul scene since the early 1970's, all his art is done from memory! He's been to most of the Northern Soul Clubs - he's lived through it all!!
