"Dancing to the Three Before Eight, Wigan Casino" is an original water colour painting by Northern Soul artist Neil Thompson.

The painting shows a packed Wigan Casino with dancers going through their moves to the last three records which were always played at the end of an all nighter. Around 50 dancers are shown in the painting still out on the floor after dancing through the night. It was always an emotional and atmospheric moment when the three records were played on a Sunday morning at the end of a busy all nighter.

Just look at the painting and you can relive the tangible, incredible feeling of being on that dance floor at the Casino. Quite simply the best of memories!

The Three Before Eight were "Long After Tonight is All Over" by Jimmy Radcliffe, "I'm On My Way" by Dean Parrish and "Time Will Pass You By" by Tobi Legend.

"Dancing to the Three Before Eight" has been painted on 300 gram art paper.
