A Mounted and Framed Original Pencil Sketch

 "Soul Girl Pencil Sketch" is an original pencil sketch by Northern Soul artist Neil Thompson. The painting shows a girl in a short sleeved top and check skirt dancing on a Northern Soul dance floor. The colours sketch really brings to life the girl out on the floor. 

Neil has been part of the Northern Soul scene since the early 1970's and as a result he has been able to capture the moves that dancers make when dancing to Northern Soul music.

The sketch has been mounted using a classic cream mount, and framed using a slim black "New Yorker style"  glazed frame.

The sketch has been completed on 200 gram art paper and measures 14 cm tall by 8 cm wide. The overall size with the mount and the frame is 22.5 cm by 17.5 cm.

The sketch can be wall hung (see image 1) and the frame has an in built stand enabling it to be stood on any flat surface (please see image 2.)

The sketch comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (please see image 4) and for purposes of authenticity has Neil's logo dancing girl printed on the reverse (please see image 5.)

As an original work of art the sketch is unique, there are no copies or prints.
