A Signed Limited Edition Print

 "On the Floor" is a signed limited edition print taken from an original painting by Northern Soul artist Neil Thompson. The print has over 50 dancers moving to the Northern Soul beat.

Neil has been part of the Northern Soul scene since the early 1970's and as a result he has been able to capture the moves that dancers make when dancing to Northern Soul music. This is a scene from an all nighter, the subtle shades of darkness and light are captured in the image. "On the Floor" has become one of the iconic images of Northern Soul. Prints have been sent around the world bringing treasured memories back to Northern Soul fans now scattered around the globe.

The producers of Coronation Street realised that "On the Floor" is a great part of Northern culture - the print hangs on the wall of the Rovers Return pub, next to another piece of Neil's artwork "Scooters at the Wheel" - please see image 5.

Printed on 250 gram fine art paper.

Three sizes are available, A4 (297 mm tall by 210 mm wide), A3 (420mm tall by 297mm wide) and A2 (594mmtall by 420mm wide)

The print will be sent with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity, an example can be seen in image 6.

The print will be  dispatched via Royal Mail in a secure re-enforced envelope.
